My upcoming thesis film, Number Fourteen, tells the story of Camden Minacci, a minor league baseball player from Tampa, Florida. Just weeks before starting his freshman year of college at Wake Forest, his best friend, Cade Hampton, tragically lost his life. Feeling devastated and lost, Camden had to continue moving forward with his life, mourning the loss of Cade while also working to honor him throughout his rollercoaster ride of being an aspiring professional athlete.
